Refund policy

If a booked assessment does not go ahead, I am happy to fully or partially refund you the fee, with these caveats.

• I cancelled the assessment - I will refund the full fee
• You cancel the assessment at least 24 hours before the appointment - I will refund the full fee as soon as I can
• You cancel the assessment within 24 hours before the appointment - I will discuss a refund, but since the late cancellation gives me very little chance to refill the appointment slot, I will retain £100 of the fee.  
• You need to cancel the assessment within 24 hours before the appointment due to illness or another emergency - I will offer another appointment date. If you decide not to accept the new appointment, I will retain £100 of the fee.
