Dyslexia Assessment – Pre University

Starting university with the right support already in place can make a huge difference.

If you think that you or your child may have signs of dyslexia, or have already been receiving extra time in exams, having a formal diagnosis when applying for university means that adjustments and support will be in place when you start. Some universities provide a free assessment service, and some do not. It's a good idea to look into this when applying and accepting a place.

• Able to apply for Disabled Students’ Allowance and receive study support when you start university.
